 Now that classes are back in session, what better way to kick things off than with a celebration full of school spirit? It’s a brand new school year and a fresh new start for our students, so let’s celebrate School Spirit and get things off to a fantastic start!

- Lunch Around the World – Every Wednesday during Lunch , we will feature a special “International” station or entrée to showcase that country or culture’s style of food.
- Fish Friday – Every Friday we feature our Golden Fried Catfish and either Baked Tilapia or Pollock on the Classics line!

- January 22-February 25 is our Food for Love and Love for Food Promo
- January 22-28 Love from the Chef *Enjoy various recipes on the menu that are Chef BJ’s favorites!
- Jan 29-Feb 18 Love from Home *Bring your favorite recipe from home and we’ll make it for you. Simply, fill out a Food for Love recipe card and drop it in the recipe box.
- January 22-25 Love for School – BBQ
- February is Black History Month – we will be running recipes all month long that celebrate black history month.
- Feb. 23-28 – UTM Civil Rights Conference – we will host a Native American Meal and an African American meal in the Cafeteria during the week.
